Decided to eat here since the only other option at this hospital is Tim Hortons. Price is a bit on the higher end, but you pay for what you get. Compared to Tims, the coffee is much better and well worth the slight extra cost. Also had the chicken brie sandwich which was fantastic. Giving 5 stars because the service was excellent and very attentive to detail, especially for a fast food place.

I don’t visit here often while I’m at work but when I do, I always receive a good customer service. Very innovative recipes and I notice it changes and that’s a good thing. My favourite are the salted caramel cookies and ya I usually get a butter chicken or rainbow salad.

Great place to eat at Joseph Brant. Love the Salads, soups, drinks, sandwiches and sweets! Great staff especially the regular Lady there, she’s just wonderful at her job and with customers. I work at JBH and La Prep is always a great place to get good food!

I will always cherish the kindness from the staff of La Prep. I had to spend a lot of time at Joe Brant in 2023 and early 2024 and there were many, many days where all 3 meals came from La Prep. The staff was so nice to me. They made menu suggestions and were patient when I took a while to decide what I wanted. They even learned my name. I will never forget that, because I was going through a very difficult time and that kindness meant a lot to me. Thank you so much for that.

Excellent service at this place! It's a great place to get fresh and healthy food. Also, baked goods are damn good. Just try it. You won't regret.

This place is gluten-free and vegan friendly, with an assortment of fresh food, smoothies and hot bevs, made to order. The owner is also very caring of all the hospital staff workers. Try the chocolate cookies. Amazing!
